Some guidelines regarding selling of hamster accessories here. Hope all members can follow them so as to prevent any conflicts between each other.

1. No Selling of spoilt items here
2. Seller are to mention the condition of the items or to show pictures
3. Buyers is also responsible to check the items when receiving it
4. Buyers who like to playout for more than 3 times will be banned
5. No selling of items with FREE Hamsters
6. Sellers are requested to state clearly on collection locations/methods as to prevent miscommunication upon arrangement for pick up of items.
7. Commercial or shop advertisements are to purchase the yearly subscription of 'Commercial Seller Membership', subjected to approved items.
8. No selling of more than 20 used items, or 3 new items else it would consider as commercial sales.
9. Sales without clear listing of items will be deleted.
10. Commercial sales activities includes all business services except hamster nanny service.
