Submit a support and feedback ticket

Here in SHC, we use a ticket system to handle all the support request and feedback tickets (Only SHC website related issues and not hamsters related). It is a very simple system to use and it enables the moderators team to easy handle the issue better. It is organized and individualized hence only members submitting the tickets can view the status of their issues or feedbacks.How to submit a ticket?
Step one, you need to click on the "Support" or drop down menu on the "Faq".

Step two, you need to click on the "Start New Ticket" button.

Step three, enter the title, select the appropriate department (support or feedback) and enter your texts. Finally, just click on the "Add ticket" at the bottom of the page and wait for reply from the moderator team.

How to get notified if there is a reply from the moderators team?
If you wish to get email notification, be sure to go to "Click to configure post options" during submission of tickets, the option is just below the text entry box.

Then click on the "Enable email notification of replies"

Or you can go to "My Settings" -> "Notification Options" -> "Notify me when a new reply to a ticket is submitted" and "Tick" the option.

You can view your subscription of tickets under your "My Settings" - "Support" from the top menu.
