How to weigh your hammie

What you need:

1. a weighing scale
2. a container with lid (enough space to hold your hammie comfortably)
2. pen, paper & calculator ( for recording purpose)

step 1: weigh the weight of the container with lid (63g), record it down.


step 2: lower the container into your hammie tank or cage and let your hammie walk into it, you can lure your hammie into it by placing a treat inside.


step 3: once your hammie is inside the container, quickly close with the lid.

step 4: weigh the weight of the container with your hammie inside (124g), record it down.


step 5: use your calculator and take the weight of the container with your hammie inside minus the weight of the container with lid and you will have the weight of your hammie; 124g - 63g = 61g

you can weigh your hammie on a weekly basis and record it inside a notebook to keep track of your hammie weight easily.
